Our customer service team can be reached between 9am and 5pm AEST on weekdays and between 9am and 3pm on Saturdays. However, you can order online 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year.
Which types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit cards, Paypal, bank transfers and also take orders by telephone. All payments are processed by National Australia Bank.

How long does it take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and we aim to deliver your wine within 2 to 5 working days from the date of the confirmed receipt of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery to WA, Tasmania and the Northern Territory.
Where do you deliver to?
You can arrange to have your wine delivered to any physical Australian address however, we do not accept orders for international delivery.
Do you deliver to a P.O. Box?
No, we can’t deliver to a P.O Box as the signature of an adult 18 or older is required by law to receive a wine shipment.
What if I can't be home during normal business hours to receive my wine shipment?
The signature of an adult 18 or older is required by law to receive a wine shipment. If you'd like, you can have your wines shipped to your workplace. If you need to change your shipping address, simply contact customer service on 1800 899 661 or via our Contact Us page
What if I'm not at home when the carrier tries to deliver my wine?
If you are not at home the carrier will leave a card indicating that they were unable to deliver your wine. You will need to contact the carrier to organise another suitable time.
Can I ship my wine order as a gift?
Sure. Just make sure that the recipient is over 18. Enter the recipient's address as the delivery address when you place your order.
What if my wine still hasn't been delivered?
If you have placed an order and you have not received it within a 10 days please contact customer service on 1800 899 661 or via our Contact Us page and we will seek to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
