The Bordeaux Shippers Web Site is offered to you conditional on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Bordeaux Shippers Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.


Bordeaux Shippers reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Bordeaux Shippers Web Site is offered.


It is an offence to sell or supply to or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.


All wine listed on the Bordeaux Shippers Web Site is available at the time the Web Site was updated. The list of wine does not constitute an offer. A request for wine is your request to Bordeaux Shippers to supply the wine. On receiving the request Bordeaux Shippers will notify you of the availability of the wine, the price and the transport costs to the delivery address supplied.


Wine will be delivered to the address in the delivery instructions. A person over 18 years of age must accept and sign for the wine. Wine will not be left at an unattended address.


All Wines are delivered using High Quality Packaging. We aim to deliver your wine within 2 to 5 working days from the date of the confirmed receipt of payment.

If in the unlikely case your order has not been received after 5 working days, please contact our Customer Service team.

No claim shall be made by the buyer on account of late delivery however caused. Late delivery shall not constitute a breach of this contract by the seller, and the buyer shall not be entitled to cancel the contract because of late delivery and he shall not be able to ask for any penalty or compensation in the event of a potential delay.

Bordeaux Shippers cannot be held responsible if your order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address. In this case, the return costs will be added to your invoice. We do NOT deliver to PO Boxes.


It is in your own interest to verify the contents of your package and to express your reservations if necessary at the time of delivery on the despatch note provided by the carrier and to inform Bordeaux Shippers by means of a registered letter or by telephone within 24 hours upon receipt of the package.


In the rare instance that you are not satisfied with a wine purchased from Bordeaux Shippers then we will provide you with a replacement or a full credit note for further purchases of the relevant wine by you (excluding freight costs). You must inform us that you are not satisfied with the wine within 30 days of buying the wine. Upon receipt of the wines and our immediate inspection we will issue you with a replacement or a credit note which will be redeemable on any of our wines (excluding freight costs).

All credit notes are processed within 7 days from the date that the remaining wines are returned to us.

If Bordeaux Shippers has reason to believe that any buyer is abusing our Quality Guarantee, Bordeaux Shippers reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Returns & Refund Policy in relation to that buyer, cancel any pending orders and/or close that buyer's account.

Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer upon delivery and therefore no refunds are offered for products that are damaged after delivery.
