In the unlikely event that the goods received are faulty or defective, not as ordered or not of acceptable quality in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, then we will either replace or refund the price of the bottle using your original payment method. If we are unable to supply you with wine of the vintage that you ordered, we reserve the right to substitute it for the same wine of a different vintage. We do not offer a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind or you don’t like the wine.
How to make a return
