This up and coming château is owned by father and son team, Francis and Jean-Francis Pécresse. They follow a long tradition of Correzien people who have established a business on the Bordeaux right bank.

The vineyard is situated on a limestone terrace overlooking the Dordogne river, and since buying the estate, the Pécresse have been employing the services of well-known oenologist Stéphane Derenoncourt.

Château Tasting   This vintage of Château Canon Pécresse is a beautiful expression of the minerality that comes from limestone soils. The wine is balanced, elegant, and fresh, with a brilliant garnet-red colour. Intense aromas of red and black fruits open on the nose, followed by a touch of black pepper spice and oak. Fine tannins reveal a generous structure and a full body.
